Your doctor is part of our OB/Gyn Doctors Network and you wish to provide your doctor access to some of your data such as your weight, hydration and pregnancy history.
Registration does NOT mean that your data is automatically transmitted to our servers. Your doctor will need to accept you as a patient first before any data is transmitted to our servers.

During registration, the data collected only consists of your name, email, facebook id number and link to your public profile photo.
We will NEVER share your personal data to any 3rd party.
